Gallery Of Mo
The Gallery of Mo was a charity event, held to use art as a fundraising tool, raising money for Movember. For their return in 2024, I volunteered as an artist and made portraits for people (and dinosaurs!) who wished to see themselves with a moustache. They were quick, simple and were supposed to maintain a style so that everyone paid for the same level of committment. I was a frontrunner for the longest period, having done the most portraits of any artist, right until the final day. This year, the total raised was £1,277. I'm hoping to keep doing this next year, too.
Kilogramme Animation
Kilogramme Animation Studio in Manchester created a documentary for the M. Shed museum in Bristol, depicting the
story of the Bristol Riots in 1831.
My role was to illustrate assets for the animation department, such as icons on the maps of Bristol and their states as they burnt. It was an amazing project that helped me see into industry pipelines and how you work as a unit of a bigger team.
Hallmark Cards
Hallmark Cards hosted an illustration contest called 'Inspired'. They wanted a card design that gave 'everyone a reason to celebrate'. I wanted to make a card that could be used for an occassion, and my design was a winner. It is currently being sold in Hallmark stores and online.
