About
        James Kaye

James is a student based in Leeds, UK. They are studying in level 6 Animation, and currently preparing to launch their career within the industry. With specialist subjects in Storyboarding, Layout and Conceptual Illustrations, he has a strong admiration towards storytelling through the pre-production process.

James loves everything to do with the camera's eye: whether its perspectives, camera movements, creating new shot types, or even a complex turnaround. So long as the story is told to its utmost potential.

His art style is similar to a lot of children's media: Primarily using basic forms; breaking down the character's structure to the core values to distinguish their ability to act and compose during the scene.

'Telling a story is about connection. Whether it is to the character's expressions, or just being in awe of the visuals on the screen. I want every moment to be recognised as an individual, inspired shot.'
